Thursday in Jarrow dear readers of Wear and Dao was spent visiting the partner's mother. At touching 90 she's still bright and breezy as is your old blogger at 71. It's nice to be able to walk without a stick as the vitamin D and various drugs plus exercise seems to have healed the bloggers blood clots at least temporarily.
We went for fish and chips by the sea at South Shields at a nice hotel and a good chat about family matters before returning to Stanhope. Tomorrow is another day and a visit to the partner's daughter.
