After early mooching at market and Joao's Juice Joint (delicious Diospirio smoothie take away to supplement usual fresh orange and treat Joana and Jordi), a trip to the shopping centre for a quicker drying t-shirt to supplement three cotton ones, and home made lunch with spinach and sweet potato, it's off to Quatro Aguas for the ferry to the Island which departs as the rain starts ... raingear on in time for deluge, luckily whilst shelter nearby, then on the firm sand heading west, to adjust the spine after yesterday's easterly cambered beach ... clouds clear and Sun returns for wonderful walk ... to Barril and Santa Luzia where coffee and cake await, along with older German couple expressing their hopes that we Brits change course on the divorce ... who knows, Theresa may, since she wanted to stay before; Jeremy more determined as lifelong leaver, though his mettle may be tested if opportunity suggests electoral advantage from staying ... he buckled under the Zionist onslaught after all ... intriguing political play, which is the point of course ... make it interesting to keep us in the game, young people fired up by Jeremy and John ... ignoring the charade the main threat to the corporate power really running things ...
